  • We suggest a temperature between 3 and 5 °C if you are a frequent ice bath user.

  • If the ice bath is on and running, it uses between 0.7 and 1 kilowatt-hour (kWh) of energy per hour.

  • The ice bath holds between 300 and 350 litres of water, and the water level should be within 10 and 15 cm of the top surface of the stainless steel plunge and above the water inlet.

  • The ice bath is made from non-toxic, easy-to-clean materials. The tub is made from ultra-durable stainless steel, which ensures longevity.

    The wood is red cedar sourced from countries of the Pacific Ocean.
